Dont email anything, its an impersonal way of contact. You need to write a letter and mail it to the CEO, a letter can convey your pain and show that you took time to write it and then take it to the PO and mail it. You keep mailing a letter to CEO at least once every 2 months until you get the desired result. Good luck
