Bank of America email/mailing address for GW letter?

I would start with the address listed on the CA.  If that doesn't work then an email address, given someone has one for you.

BofA is one of the least receptive companies when it comes to GW.    I agree that you can start with the address on your CR ~ hopefully you'll have success !

I have written and called several times to BOA- I just received a call from the office of the CEO Customer SErvice after email their CEO yesterday afternoon- she was beyond sweet as I explained my situation to her...you can google the ceo easily and find his email address...I don't know how successful it will be but now I have a direct contact at the company to deal with and its above that of a call center so I'm happy!

I had my BoA baddie (late payments) removed.  Actually whole TL removed.  I simpley googled for Bank of America CEO email and got the address. good luck.
