Barclay Card minimum charge?

I've been in the process of lowering my utilization. I am now down to 17%. I saw on my statement this month that I was charged $2.00 and it says Minimum Charge as the description.

Any ideas what this could be? I have never paid late on this card before and I don't have an annual fee either.
