Has anyone had any GW success with Bayview Loan Servicing? What contact information did you use? They held a check I sent while waiting for my modification approval and it created a 90 day late. The only late reporting I've had in 22+ years of credit reporting and it has dropped my score almost 100 points. Urgh! It now shows as a partial payment and I got a 14 point bump upward. Not looking forward to a 7 year impact or not being able to get a mortgage for the next 6-12 months. I've paid my three trial payments early and have been told it will be 30-60 days before they record the permanent modification.
