I have been off the rebuilding scene for sometime now, all my negitives are gone with the exception off a 30 day late payment about a year ago that occured during a move, my fault oh well no biggie to me...
It took about 4 years to get where I am today but it was well worth it, I suggest the following...
1. Stand your ground.
2. If it's yours pay it.
3. If it's about to age off dont mess with it, let it go...
4. With every mortgage loan application, you get to write a letter about negitives on your CR.
5. Credit is a business dont ever forget it.
It feels good having a clean report and being able to get credit when you need it, Im content and will pay day some off my new accounts before wanting more. While I was in the credit crap hole one thing learned was to save for a purchase and still today I continue to do so.
My current accounts are.
1 Mortgage
3 vehicle loans
1 Credit card
