Begging for GW Contact Info :)

Hi Everyone,  

Would anyone be able to PM me what is beleived to be good contact info for GoodWill letters to go to, such as the EO's of the following?  If so, I would be very, very greatful!  

-- Citibank  --  I know they are very big, with many divisions.  I am hoping for the exec offices that handle HELOC 2nd mortage type of accounts.  I am hoping to get two 30-day lates forgiven on a fully paid account from 2012.  

-- B of A -- I know they too are very big.  I would be looking for execs taht handle morgages.  This is in regard to two 30-day lates from 2010 that was sold to another mortage company, therefore fully paid.
