Does anyone know if Best Buy works in doing the shopping cart trick? I don't want a HP. LOL

I tried the shopping trick with best buy and I dont think they do the pre approval... You want to try Victoria Secret, J Crew, and Express. The shopping trick normally works with them but its not for everybody... Some people will get a pop up stating pre approval and others WONT..

Just know that in most cases you're going to get a small limit, especially if you're rebuilding...but when you're rebuilding sometimes getting ANYTHING is AWESOME!

You must also make sure you are opted in and don't have a fraud alert, if I'm not mistaken.  And make sure you have popups enabled.

May I add: I have several comenity cards but only use one and yet all their accounts are reporting OK on the same months as the one I'm paying on. So by just using one account I am getting a score boost from five.
