Best Card for 640 Fico

Just got an alert a few days ago my EQ jumped up to 640 and my TU is a 684 from wal mart card. Want to get a prime card but was just denied Citi Diamond Preferred due to current obligations to high for income stated, even shut down when trying to recon. What cards should I app for with those scores any ideas?

google discover pre appoval

and try to see if youre pre approved for any of their cards.. ive read a couple people in the credit card section getting approved right around that score

Have you tried for a Barclay's Apple Finance Visa? I was approved with a really low FICO score. The interest isn't the best, but it's a decent card from a decent company.

Depends on what you are looking to get from the card. Just any card? Store card? Rewards card? Low APR?

I have a wal mart card 2 first premier and a bbrzmc. I'd like to balance transfer onto a new card so I can close the 2 fp cards. I also got a merrick double your limit offer in the mail but don't really want another sub-prime card.

hmmm i agree with apple visa only if u dont have recent inquiries or relatively new accounts..

otherwise id maybe wait a few more months... the ones u can get right now prob arent much better than u have now.. 660+ should put u into a better level of cards

It really depends on what your CR looks like. What baddies are on there? How old? How many Inqs?
