They could not make any offer without first obtaining your approval, so I dont see need for a negotiator.
If a plan is accepted, then I would want to personally make any payments, thus ensuring timeliness of all payments.
In a nutshell, I am kinda at a loss to see a need for an intermediary. I would do it myself, and retain control.
