Hi,
I'm new to the forum and i'm hoping I can get some insight on how to handle medical collections.
My picture:
6 total medical collections
4 separate collections for the same CA, for the same hospital. Total $1800
2 separate collections for the same CA, for the same clinic. Total $900
I have established a payment agreement with the CA for the first bill to pay $156 a month. However, after reading on this forum, it appears that there is no way to delete these through the CA.
I would like to pay in full all 6 lines to the corresponding hospital/clinic in hopes of getting them deleted. I have read that after paying, I can request deletion through Hipaa.
Can anyone speak to this process or send a message detailing the steps I need to take?
Thank you kindly.
