Re: Best approach for medical collections

I already paid the one collection I had I full. Do I have any leverage to get this removed sine they already have my money? It's been paid for a year and 7 months, but yet it still dings my report. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you in advance!!

Re: Best approach for medical collections

I'm in the same boat! This month will be the last payment to pay off the CA. I have 1 medical collection and my credit is suffering because of 1 med collection. Please share those information in my PM please..

TIA!

@ccubedzx3 - I think since you've paid the CA and it's been awhile back, your only option is to GW them in order to have them remove their collection off your report.

@Annaliese - how long have you been paying the CA? how come you didn't try the PFD route?
