So somehow I missed my payment earliet this month and didnt even notice until I got notifications from various score tracking sites all reporting a credit report change. I called and made a payment and the guy asked if I wanted to sign up for auto draft and I agreed. I asked him if there was someone I could talk to about getting the 30 day late taken off my report since I havent been able to access my account online and he said yes and told me he would update it for me! Wow.. I thought I woukd have to plead my case but Im guessing others are having the same problem, but I am sooo happy the way things turned out! I cant wait to see it fall off next month.
