I'm going to vote for Identity guard through costco, but it depends on what you're looking for too. I checked out USAA and found that there isn't an easy way to see what collections accounts you have, or what they are for. But if you're not looking to clear up collections accounts, then USAA is the better option, that I've seen, as you can pull your reports every day. But for costco members, identity guard is $10/month.
