I have this zombie collection from sprint / diversified collections which keeps popping up as a brand new collection and drags my score down. I called experian yesterday to see what, if anything, i could do about it and opened a dispute with them. Got an email this am with the results of the dispute... and it's deleted! I dropped the cash to pull a new score via myfico.. And my exp score, which had been a 655, is now a 751. Almost a 100 point increase just due to that piece of junk coming off. 751!!
Knowing diversified, this will come back within a week, and I'm not sure what I can do about that. But at least now I know what my score would look like without that on there.
