Best people to address a Goodwill Letter to

Hey Friends,

Looking to write a goodwill letter to a lender regarding overlooked, but paid, car payments.

I found their corporate page with address and top executives. Should I write a letter to top four executives or just the president (who seems to be highest ranked, no CEO)?

Should I bother sending letters to the PO BOX address the person on the phone gave me?

I would send it to the top dog that is listed and only to that person. I would use the direct headquarters address but that is me.
