Best way to dispute?

Hi...We just signed up for the 30-day free trial for ScoreWatch. The report has some errors in the address section.

 

What is the best way/place to get them to change this? I thought I saw a "Dispute" link on the report somehwere, but in going back through the report online, I have been unable to find it again.

 

Any advice?

When i first started I had several addys that were not mine. I filed online with no problems.

File a written dispute with the CRA under FCRA 611(a).
