Got an email today that a collection was added to my report by West Asset Management by tmobile...SMH I can not believe I forgot about this. Anyway I called them asap and spoke to a supervisor and he said they dont delete of course , he said he will speak to someone above him but doubts they will agree to this. I explained to him that they have the correct mailing address but I never recieved any info from them and if I had that I wouldnt have let it go so far.....What A let down this is.
Does anyone have any infor on West Asset Management ???

41 point drop on my EQ....very very very upset. And they keep saying they do not do PFD
Even tho a CA says they do not do PFD, send a PFD letter anyway.
The CSR at the CA's may have been told to say the dont accept them, but in reality they do.

what do you think about a complaint with the BBB...reason being is they are saying that if they had the wrong home address then they would understand a little more but they say they sent 2 letters to me which I never recieved only thing I would get is letters from tmobile not WAN.
How old is this debt? And what state do you live in?
Do you agree with the balance, they say you owe? And do you have to funds to pay it?
