Bit the bullet

welp, I bit the bullet and paid cach llc today. No pfd, but I'm going to attempt a GW letter for deletion. Even if it won't delete do any of you see it having a positive effect on scores?

Paid collections are the same as unpaid collections as far as scoring is concerned. However, it being paid looks WAY better under manual review. Best of luck to you with your GW campaign.

Thanks for your reply and well wishes. It should help utilization? Or no?

If the COs were showing a balance, then they were probably being included in your utilization %. Also, if they were reporting every month, once paid they will stop and the CO will begin to age.

you may have a better chance to GW a deletion now that your account is paid in full. I have had luck GW deleting a CO and one judgement after I paid in full. best of luck!
