Bittersweet moment, 2 Midland deletions in 1 day...

I contacted Midland today as I have recently sent them a GW for 2 collections that were reported on 3/2010 and 4/2010.  I thought initially dealing with them would be a nightmare, but it was the exact opposite.  They were willing to assist me and was extremely polite and patient with me as we negotiated the settlement.  50% was negotiated on one account and out of GW they deleted the other.  With all that is going on right now, I wanted to cry when speaking with the collection rep.

Here are the following deletions:

Midland - reporting date 3/2010

Midland - reporting date 4/2010

IC System - reporting date 12/2009

Chase (CO) - reporting date 2004 was when it was actually charged off

With that being said, what are some guestimates as to how many points I will gain.  The only other baddies are 4 CO's from 2009 that are currently at $0.00 balances.

Yes you did as well as Booner!!!.  Honey, I was about to go get me a new car and just say to crap with this mess... lol.. it seemed like when one door closed another instantly opened for me.  thank you so much for the words of encouragements Booner and Mocha.  Yesterday was stressful and today has been great.  Dealing with this has and will teach me a valuable lesson when it comes to credit, it must be safegaurded and protected at all costs.
