Hi!
Has anyone had any success with Bloomingdales? I am having a lot of trouble GW'ing them regarding a CO account from a little over 3 years ago. (It is my last and only baddie so it would feel so great to get rid of it). They just won't budge, and keep giving me the "we are obligated" excuse. Should I just give up on them, or should I continue pestering them? They are very responsive. I got a response from their Executive office, the CEO, and then the Credit Department, but they just won't budge.
