Are these baddies still hurting my score? I had a Boa CC opened in 2007 . I've paste dthe hisotry below that contains the multiple late payments that I had in 2008-2011. I closed the account in 2010 and went on payment plan with them. i had to renew every 3 months via phone-- one time (the 30day late in 2011) I forgot to call in and renew, but otherwise, I paid them off in full. No CA. . I've heard that after 3 years major derrogs dont hurt that much, but still have a little sting. What do you think? i guess I am just trying to find out if GWing them is worth it or should I just let them fall off ?

You should absolutely try to GW the late payments, they are most certainly hurting. BOA is pretty stingy with GW, but it's worth a shot if you want to try to improve your FICO score.
Thanks, Pizzadude.
Iive been GWing them -- e-mail, mail, calls to exec office since Dec 6 to no avail. but I have gotten a rresponse from the office of the pres saying that they wont do it. But it hasnt stopped my process lol. I just need to find one person to say yes!
I was just wondering if they were severely hurting my score or if the pain is fading with time....

They're definitely hurting your score a lot. Even if they are a few years old, major derogs like this will tank your FICO score.
The 30 and 60 day lates are minor derogs that fade quickly, the 90+ are majors that will affect for as long as they remain on your CR.
