BoA - Still Collecting Money after account was closed????

I was reviewing my CR this morning and I noticed that an old closed BoA CC account was still taking money from my USAA account. I have closed this account a year ago and spoke to a BoA CSR of closing the account after paying it off - it was on auto pay and the CSR informed me that once the account is closed that the auto pay will stop. 

anyone ever encountered this before????

If it was paid and closed and they are still taking money from your USAA account, is there a credit on the account for the amount taken after it was closed?

I have dealt with USAA before due to a company taking money from my account unauthorized.  They essentially said the creditor proved it was ok to do so and they continued to let them.  I had to close my account with USAA.

Have you stopped the auto-pay?
