BoA goodwill my last mission advice

Ok I need to do a goodwill to boa a little background on the account. It's a charge off from 6/13 of $587 I do currently have a checking account with them also for a long time. I recently paid the charge off in full 6/16 it is now my only negative account left on my report to be completely clean. I want to do email goodwill can I get advice to who to send it or is it to soon for a GW. I really want this off. Any advice or anyone that had success GW with boa

I've not read of anyone who has had recent GW success on a paid CO with BofA. I'm in the same boat and mine wont fall off until 2020. Ugg. Its my only derog and it's a major one. I'm glad it's paid because I've been able to get a car loan and good credit cards but it's ugly on FICO.
