BoA now more willing to GW?

In the past, BoA has been notorious for refusing to GW. I was wondering, now that they are in a bit of distress, cutting 30,000 jobs and now Moody's has downgraded them, would they now be more or less accepting of GW attempts? Or the same? Any opinions?

Seems like they should not be alienating people by refusing GWs, now more than ever...

I'll let you know in a few days. I sent an email to the CEO yesterday and got a phone call from one of the executive office secretaries today saying she was investigating the matter and would let me know the results in a few days.

I'd love to hear what happens, too! Been trying to get goodwill on 5+ yr old lates.

Haven't heard a thing back since my July 31st letter but don't know if that's a good or bad thing, LOL!

Well I got the return phone call from the executive office today and my GW request was denied. The women acted as if I was disputing the reporting and not asking for goodwill, I attempted to explain I was not disputing just asking for some GW, she showed no remorse I have had a 18 months since my last late. I had already sent off three written letters as well earlier last week, so maybe ill get a bite on one of those. If not Ill be sending e-mails and letters until they give in.
