BofA contact for GW letter please

Does anyone have a contact for Bank of America so that I can send a goodwill letter? I have an account that I settled for les than the full balance and I was late on it numerous times.  I would like to send a goodwill so hopefully they can remove this tradeline as it is damaging my credit.

Anyone ever have any succes with Bofa?

I paid this off last summer so it will be on here for a while. Is it best to mail a letter or email it?
