in an incredible act of reckless foolishness, i used my sons name/ssn to obtain credit cards for my business. as time passed, i had lost track of which were in his name and now some are in default.
no excuses, flat out wrong
BoA has offerred a settlemtn of 4k on 19k.....issue is negating or at least minimizing the damage done to his report.
he finds no evidence of this card on his reports, BoA says it will be on as it is now seriously delinquent
specific question is if settlement offer isnt taken and there offer of a 60 pmt plan is taken, will it remain OFF of his personal report v. the settlement which will show it as pad as agreed
