He opened the account in 2006, on our CR it states HSBC "date reported" was 07/09. LVNV "date reported" was 3/13.

Does it show a DoFD? That's key cause here in IL the SOL is 5 yrs.

I'm not sure. What is says in my CR is HSBC/Best Buy - "Date reported" 03/09 "date opened" 09/06, then "DLA" I don't know what that means 10/08.  Then on another area in the same CR by LVNV- "Date Reported" 03/13, Date opened 07/07, "DLA "06/08.

Does that make sense at all? It doesn't really make sense to me.

Please let me know what you said to them!  They are the collection agency on an over due parking tickets from my university 6 years ago.  I've been using LexingtonLaw for over a year now making disputes to no avail.

If it's not too much trouble, can you please PM me the info as well? I am having the same issue with LVNV reporting as an installment with a monthly increase of a couple of bucks (on an account that is scheduled to age off my CRs in July, lol).
