CA Alert

So I got an CM Alert recently. It was about a ATT Collection through EOS CA - It originally was 1200 I supposedly owed.. with whatever else they add in they wanted 1700 I was getting ready to contact ATT about paying.. but now EOS has changed the amount due down to 1400? Only on 1 of my repost though. TU still shows 1735 ? why is there different amounts?

Because they changed the amount does this make it look like the collection is new?

When a CA updates yes it looks new in the eyes of Fico. If you are preparing to settle with the OC I would DV the CA prior to calling anyone and see what happens.
