CA Missing Information

I have a CA reporting on my EQ report with the name Mongomery County C.B. with a non-working number and address. The only useful information is in the comment field which states Medical and the OC name.

I did a google on the CA name, and it looks like it may be a 3 person local company, so what would the best process be GWing such a small company whose information on the CR is wrong?

If its medical go to the OC and ask them to pull it back from collections in exchange for payment. Then the CA will remove their reporting. Good luck
