Hello. I just reviewed my credit reports and noted that a Hospital reported an account as a bad debt to a CA. I reviewed the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance carrier and validated that most of the account was paid. I then paid the balance 2 months before it was reported to the CA.
Where should I begin with getting this account removed? I printed all documentation. Should I call the OC or the CA?
