CA as an installment AND my fico

If I dispute an CA as not being an installment and they move it to collections on my CR, will that hurt or help my score?
 
Right now it is being considered part of my UTL.
 
I think I asked this question there is a big difference in info or my real reports then on FICO, should I dispute as per myfico reports if I already disputed on the real reports.

The presence of a collection hurts regardless of where it is on the reports. The system picks up collection and therefore it is a collection.
