Re: CA category question

They shouldn't be listed as an installment.  You have no agreement with them.  They should be listed as a Collection account.  If you look closely, you'll likely see they are listed as a "factoring company".

On a side note, where did you pull the report from?  Some 3rd party CRs aren't quite as accurate.

Starting Score: 504
July 2013 score:
EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013
Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+

Current scores after adding $81K in CLs and 2 new cars since July 2013
EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

Re: CA category question

I'd try a GW first, then if that didn't work, then I'd do a direct dispute.

Re: CA category question

Hmmmm...I'm wondering since I have sent a few GWs requesting deletion. Now, there's another issue...

They replied they cannot delete the TL but that my acct balance is $0. There is still a balance showing.
