I got an alert that a new CA was listed on my CR 10/5. I've heard nothing from them. It's truly annoying because I sent payment to the OC the day before it showed up!

They are required to send you a dunning notice within 5 days. If they don't then they are in violoation of the FDCPA.

So obviously they are, because they've sent me nothing and the bill is paid. What can I do? I just got a new job that grilled me on my credit report for security clearance, and I'm needing to buy a new vehicle in the next couple months.
