Howdy everyone!
I'm sorry for bombarding myfico with my BOA questions lately but I just have so many. 
My BOA CC (originally MBNA) charged off in 2008. According to my credit reports they're scheduled to fall off this June.
Am I missing something? I thought information remained on your credit report for 7 years.
This info is on both my EX and TU reports. Would there be any reason for it remaining for only 4 years?
Oh nevermind. After doing some reading here it looks like the date of first deliquency is the start date and not the charge-off (unless I'm confused). The DOFD was 3 years prior to the chargeoff (I really tried to keep that account open).
