CA posting 30 day lates

I have a collection for an ambulance ride hen I was hurt at work. All other medical bills were paid by worans comp except this one. I didn't even know it was there until this past August. So I've never spoke with anyone about it at all. However their reporting me late for the last 3 months. They can't do that can they? How can I fix it?

If it was the Ambulance service that posted to your CR then the answer is yes, they can do that.  You should contact whoever is handling your workman's comp claim and contact the Ambulance service to arrange payment for the bill and to remove it from your CR.

No, they can't put in key derogatories like that.  They must have listed themselves as a Factoring Company.

Re: CA posting 30 day lates

Every month when they update they report the last 3 months 30 days late. So it changes. Last month it was 05/12-2 06/12-2 07/12-2. The month before that was 04 05 and 06.
