Ok, after pulling my CR I am seeing some bizarre stuff. I had a BK that was discharged in Feb 2005. I am showing collections on my report that are stating discharged in BK, with a first reporting date of 2007 WELL after the BK. Can they do that? and better yet how do I fix it? Also is there a way to have a collection that was discharged in BK removed? can you dispute to CRA? or can you send DV to CA? what would the process be in attempting to have these collections removed? Any help would be great
