CA's reporting with a balance vs a zero balance?

Hi, so I have abt maybe 4 collection tradelines, with CA and OC's, reporting a zero balance. Is the DV success rate better with these accounts versus ones that are still reporting a balance? I'm trying to see if I should take a different route with those type of acocunts, like maybe a PFD for the accounts reporting a balance, etc. Any insight would help...I'm just disecting my CR's. Thanks

With them reporting a zero balance, I'm assuming they're paid.  I'd send a GW.
