Yeah, the HIPAA process was intended to be used for accounts paid to the OC, to remove CA accounts from my understanding.. I have never used it

+1 also i have had great success just paying medical debt then gw'ing. after told several times denied pfd the same ca would gw after payment. in my experience medical collections seem easier to gw
