Many in here had success with AFNI. I dealt with them twice.
The first time I sent a DV and they verified, but the balance was wrong in my favor. I wanted it off so I sent PFDs to them for the wrong amount (their amount) and they rejected every one. I called. I faxed. I snail mailed. No luck. Then I sent a threatening letter to their legal department saying I had proof from the OC that the balance AFNI says I owed was incorrect and to validate correctly or delete. They deleted. AFNI's balance was lower by some low figure like $20 or something. Glad they didn't validate.
The second time I DV'd and they correctly validated. I sent PFD after PFD with no luck. Then I tried via recoveryteam @ afni.net or something like that (look around...it's posted in here) and they e-mailed me back saying they are going to delete and they never asked for the money in the e-mail and never mentioned the terms of the PFD. I never paid a dime. However, about 6 months after that they sent a letter saying I still haven't paid but they never did anything.
