How would they report?  Settled for full amount or for lesser amount?

I didn't ask them that BUT they aren't the ones reporting remember. Cap One is still reporting. So if I settle with them, do they start reporting? Or do they just inform Cap One and Cap One updates their files?

I am not sure.  They can report unless they have an agreement with Cap one not to.

 

If you have already talked to them I would just ask them.
