Just got a letter in the mail from CAP1. (I sent an email to CEO)
It read how they could not remove the account in question.
What is my next step? I'm trying to alleviate an account that was through HSBC, but after the account went to the CA, I paid (the CA) and settled everything. Now that HSBC is under CAP1, apparently they wont attempt to remove the TL or anything for that matter.
SO, what should my next step be? Try to mid tiered folks and try that route? Or write GW's to the main CAP1 address?
I'm open for thoughts/suggestions.

Im in the same situation as you. I hope its not any trouble but could you PM me the emaik address you used. I sent a couple letters to HSBC and to Cap1. im just going to flood them until they tire of me lol

I've tried the GW route to the CEO with letters and nothing.
However, I've read that some lucky members on this board have gone on the chat line on the website and pleased their case to the rep and were able to get their lates removed with success.
I was not one of those members...
However, you never know unless you try.
