Does anyone knows how to deal with CASH LLC ? Do they accept settlement ? PFD ?

Cach LLC is wildly known for less than stellar collection activities. What is the status of the account? Is it sold? How old is the account? What type of account was it? What is the balance owed?

Original creditor : Bank of America - charged off (initial debt $ 2,000) date 9/2009

Collection agent : Cash LLC (balance $ 5,000) - dated 1/2013. Please advise your suggestion.
