CAs reinserted

I had four collection accounts (all from the same CA) reinserted on my Equifax report only.  Shall I dispute them "reinsertion without notification post-bk?"  I've received nothing in the mail from Equifax saying they would be reinserted and they were initially removed way back in Nov/Dec 2012.  I have reports to show this.

Was it a dispute that caused them to be removed?

Yes.

The CRA can reinsert once the TL is certified to be valid. You should have been notified within 5 days and they are in violation.

You could try to dispute but I don't know how far you will get with that.  They could send the letter then put it back.

It just seems odd since they're all zeroed out and iib anyway. I think the ca is jacking with me cause I called them on hard pulling me without pp a couple weeks ago.

Just to update, I disputed directly with Equifax and they were removed.  My score didn't bounce back though.

Give your score some time.  I've noticed lately others are having to wait to see a score change.
