CBCS Collections

Has anyone gone to collections with CBCS? Its a collections agency that i think does most of its business in the midwest. (I'm in michigan)

I have paid off my collections with a zero balance on my Credit Report. I'm planning on writing a GW to them. Has anyone had expereinces with this CA?

and no it is not for medical, the orginal creditor was Alltel.

I just mailed a GW letter today to them.  It was for an OLD Newport News acct...hopefully they will drop off my CR soon! Good luck.

They will delete, i wrote DV letter to them and they responded with a letter requesting account information, which they should of had, so then i think i disputed with the credit bureaus and it was deleted...it was a long time ago, i dont really remember!
