So I'm in the process of rebuilding and I'm finally able to start tackling some debt, which I'm so happy about.
Anyways, I had an old PG&E account go to collections after I moved 2 years ago for $51.
I called CBE up and asked if I were to pay in full, would they withdraw the collection from my CR. After being on hold a few minutes, the rep came back and said yes! I'm excited because that's one down and one to go before all my collections are handled.
She did say it could take 30-60 days to update the CRA's. Has anyone seen it done sooner or is that typical?
