CFBP- can't send my complaint to T-Mobile?

I put in a complaint to the CFBP for both my T-Mobile and CA account that goes with it. They sent off my CA complaint for the CA to review but said they are unable to send the complaint to T-Mobile because it doesn't fall within their authority. is this because T-Mobile never put anything on my CR? I'm really confused that I can contest the CA but not the OC.

im only guessing...but could it be because TMobile doesnt own the debt anymore?

No it's because they are currently in litigation with T-Mobile. I received the same message. The CA will receive the CFPB notice and delete from your file in about 2 weeks.
