I had a CFNA/Firestone account that went to collections due to a billing error. I paid in full, but I'm trying to get a deletion.
Whenever I call in, they forward me to their legal department, however, that line seems to be in an endless loop (I've never gotten to a person). Does anyone have a contact , mail, email, anything that would be helpful?
