CHASE GW got a response THD/CBNA

I just received a letter from CHASE in response to my GW, they are saying they are gathering more data in order to answer my request, and are going to let me know in 7 days... 

I am going to try THD?CBNA also does anyone has their contact info?

I as well got a response from the two address I have, my request was met with mute ears though and the denied my request to have my TL removed from my reports. I'll be sending them another GW this week .whats the worst that can happen!
