CO DUE TO FALL OFF 2020 if paid does it still fall off or reset???

CO DUE TO FALL OFF in 2020 From 2013 if I pay it now does it reset and stay on for another 7 years? Does it still fall off in 2020? If I settle instead of pay in full does it help at all on credit report?

It will still fall off in 2020. Credit reporting exclusion date cannot be reset
