CO still getting fees tacked on?

Can a charged off credit card still have fees added to it every month?  (the account was charged off in 9/2010 but as of 2/2013 is still appearing to have fees added to it monthly.  Is this allowed?

Starting Scores: EQ (MyFico): 561 TU (MyFico): 579 - 2/15/13
Rebuilding Scores: EQ (MyFico): 597 (6/11/13) TU (MyFico): 606 (6/12/13)
Current Scores: EQ : 665 TU : 649 EX : 704

are the fees on the OC account or a CA?

OC - I just didn't know that they can keep adding fees after charging off the account?

Yes, they can report lates and add fees until it is paid.
